As Executive Advisor, Future of Work, Deloitte, Zabeen advises clients on people & culture issues and opportunities key to their success. She is a Director on the Board of Sleep Country Canada, an Advisor to Knockri, Executive-in-Residence at Simon Fraser University Beedie School of Business, and past Chair of CivicAction. Zabeen has received the Ivey Lifetime Achievement Award in HR Leadership and the Governor General’s Meritorious Service medal for Diversity & Inclusion. She holds an MBA from SFU.
