Usha Sthankiya

Usha Sthankiya is a Partner and leads Deloitte Canada’s Sustainable Finance & ESG practice. She has 20 years of experience and has worked extensively with financial services, energy and resources and the public sector. As a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), Usha specializes in the areas of risk management, governance, non-financial reporting and disclosure, and analytics and performance management. Usha has significant experience with ESG and Net Zero strategies, ESG reporting, climate change assessment and disclosure, value-based investing, and integrated reporting. Prior to Deloitte, Usha was COO/CFO at Corporate Knights and Head of Sustainability, Group Finance at HSBC plc.
