Tegan Maharaj is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Information, affiliate of the Vector Institute and fellow of the Schwartz-Reisman Institute, with expertise in deep learning, responsible AI development, and AI for impact and risk assessment. She is a co-founding member of Climate Change AI (CCAI), an organization which seeks to catalyze impactful work at the intersection of climate change and machine learning.
