As BMO Financial Group’s Chief Operating Officer, Technology and Operations, Susan White is responsible for driving efficiency and simplification across T&O, as well as being responsible for the strategic and operational governance processes of T&O and ensuring that they are consistent with the enterprise direction. As Chief Information and Operations Officer, Corporate Areas Technology, Susan White is responsible for aligning technology and operations capabilities, strategy, and execution with the needs of BMO’s Corporate Areas and the Financial Crimes Unit.
