Sue is a senior financial services leader with over 30 years of experience. She joined Equifax Canada as President and General Manager in November 2020 and is responsible for leading Equifax through its transformation to a 100% cloud-based data, insights and technology company.
Sue’s expertise in banking and digital payments through a career in the Financial Services and FinTech industries, and her breadth of experience building customer-first strategies, will enable continued growth in Equifax Canada’s position as market leader in fraud, consumer and commercial solutions and in driving innovation that helps customers grow their businesses.
Prior to joining Equifax Canada, Sue served as Senior Vice President, Product, Digital and New Payments for Mastercard and held senior leadership roles at Payments Canada, D+H (now Finastra), HSBC and Bank of America. She is a board member of Home Capital Group, and has served as an Advisory Board member for Women in Payments, board member for the Canadian Payments Association (now Payments Canada), BC Women’s Hospital Foundation and the Nature Conservancy of Canada. Sue received her MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
