Saima is an experienced Digital and Transformation executive, a connector and strategic thinker with a proven track record of executing outcome-driven transformation in complex environments by unlocking and unleashing the full potential of the enterprise, technology and people. She has held various executive roles at TD in Digital and Transformation. Most recently she is leads the Automation strategy and program and transforming how we work across the enterprise. Saima is best known for her focus on people – coaching and developing her team and building strong relationships with her key stakeholders. She is also highly committed to Diversity and Inclusion and led various initiatives for Women in Tech with Move the Dial, Black Experience and Women in Leadership.
