With over 20 years of experience in sports marketing and innovation, Rebecca is a master connector and networker. Highly regarded as a maven in the esports industry, she is the founder of the esports consultancy firm, Happy Warrior. Her client work includes helping pro esports teams monetize their organizations through brand partnerships and growth strategies and working with creative and media agencies to bring their brand accounts into the esports ecosystem with authenticity and credibility.
Additionally, Rebecca is an Advisor and Mentor for three global esports-technology VC firms and an Advisory Board Member for a number of sports-technology and esports startups.
She serves on The University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital Corporate Advisory Council and is a founding board member for both the MSP Esports Alliance and WarriorGMR Foundation.
