Kareem is a Partner in the Toronto office of the Advisory, Risk Consulting practice. Kareem is KPMG Canada’s cryptoassets/ blockchain and metaverse service co-leader. Kareem brings over 20 years of professional services experience, helping organizations build out their cryptoassets, blockchain, DeFi, NFT & metaverse strategies while continuing to focus on addressing governance and risk. Kareem also focuses on other areas of Emerging Technology Risk (AI in Control, Cloud), IT internal audit, IT governance, internal controls and IT risk management services. Kareem leads many IT advisory services across Canada and globally.
