A graduate of the University of Ottawa, Farnel Fleurant is well versed in the business world and its challenges, having worked for over 15 years in marketing and communications at employers of choice such as Cossette, Yellow Pages and National Bank.
Following her career path, Farnel took the leap into entrepreneurship by founding Workind. The
solution she dreamed of having when she was working in the corporate world. Workind is a WellTech solution allowing companies to offer targeted and catered products and services to
their employees through a user-friendly ecommerce-style app. A flexible employee engagement
platform simplifying the management of lifestyle benefits to attract, retain and engage talent in a meaningful way.
Farnel is one of the first 33 signatories of Mouvement Ensemble Inc, the Quebec movement that
promotes diversity in all its forms in the business world. She is now on a mission to create the most caring employee experiences.
