Ben is the resident esports expert and a strategist within Deloitte, the largest professional services firm in the world, and Market Gravity, a premier innovation and proposition design consultancy within Deloitte. Ben walks the line between creativity and practicality, using design thinking and deep customer insight to develop innovative propositions that allow companies to realize big ideas and break new ground. Ben is heavily involved in the esports space as an educator within Seneca College’s Esports Marketing Management, as well as a regular commentator and attendee at events across North America.
