Angela Sim
Chief Technology Resiliency, Experience & Operations Officer, BMO
Angela is the Chief Technology Resiliency and Experience Operations Officer. In this role, she is responsible for strengthening technology resilience and the end-to-end enterprise employee technology experience to enhance the digital first experiences for our customers and employees.
Angela joined BMO 21 years ago as a computer programmer and has held various senior roles across BMO. In her career, she has owned 13 core BMO platforms across T&O including CRM, Core Websites, ATM, Payments, Contact Centre, DevOps, Middleware and Infrastructure.
Angela is a Board member for BMO Insurance. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Rotman School of Management.
