Raashi Sikka became VP for Global Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility at Ubisoft in March 2021. Raashi’s focus is on implementing a comprehensive strategy to increase diversity and promote inclusion both within the company and the wider gaming industry by partnering with Ubisoft’s HR and brand portfolio teams to foster a culture of belonging for Ubisoft’s more than 21,000 team members, while also empowering its development teams to create games that resonate with players worldwide.
In addition to her role at Ubisoft, Raashi is the co-founder of The Inclusion Company, a boutique D&I consulting firm, serves as an advisor to a seed stage venture capital fund called Capital T, and sits on the board of the mental health in gaming non-profit Take This. Raashi previously served as Head of Diversity and Inclusion across the EMEA and APAC regions at Uber, as well as globally for the Uber Eats business.
