PART A – ELEVATE EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Tickets And Pricing

You will find details of attendee ticket (“ticket(s)” or “Pass”) pricing for each event on the Elevate website, Festival website or CIX website. Payments are processed through a third-party payment processing service with which we have a contractual relationship. We expressly disclaim any liability arising out of your use of the third party’s payment processing services.

We reserve the right to change the ticket prices at any time without any notice but any changes will not affect tickets that have already been purchased.

A valid ticket entitles you to entry to the event as an attendee but does not include any requirements associated with travel to or from the event or any other accommodation or hospitality costs incurred.

All tickets must be assigned to an attendee. This includes name, job title (if applicable), and company/business name (if applicable). If you have secured a complimentary ticket but have already bought a ticket, you are not eligible for a refund.
