Laurie Poole

Laurie is a dynamic leader who is passionate about improving the patient care experience and delivering care closer to home and communities. For the past 25 years, she has assumed leadership roles with increased responsibility in health system transformation. Most recently, she was the Vice President of Clinical Innovation at Ontario Health/OTN where she led the pandemic response to support virtual care integration. While she operates at the executive level, she has never left her roots as a registered nurse. She is an industry leader in digital health, thought leader and sought-after speaker. Her volunteer experience includes mentoring emerging female leaders, community boards and neighbourhood advocacy.
