David Sinton is a Professor and Canada Research Chair in the Department of Mechanical & Industrial Engineering at the University of Toronto. The Sinton group develops fluid systems for applications in energy. The group is application-driven and is currently developing fluid systems to convert CO2 into fuels and feedstocks using renewable electricity. The group has scaled this process as finalists in the Carbon XPRIZE and spun out CERT Systems Inc.
