Avrum Laurie

Originally from Toronto, Avrum started his career at Microsoft in Seattle, working for teams across Office, Windows, and Search. Avrum joined FreshBooks in 2011, a cloud-based accounting startup, where he helped rebuild the product from the ground up, secure two rounds of investment, grow the team to nearly 300. Avrum is currently the VP of Product at Wealthsimple. He leads the Product Management, Research and Product Design teams on their mission to create the world’s most human financial institution.
