Andy Potter

Andy Potter is a Partner in Deloitte’s Public Sector Consulting practice and has worked for Deloitte for over 25 years. He has delivered projects across a variety of government domains but has developed extensive experience in and a passion for public education and cities. He is the national leader of Deloitte’s Smart Cities practice and is the lead Client Service Partner for the City of Toronto.

Over his career, Andy has gained significant experience in strategic planning, program evaluation, process optimization, business transformation, organizational design and many other business-related disciplines.

Andy graduated from the University of Nottingham (UK) and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
