With over 18 years of experience in the industry, Parm focuses on uncovering deep insights to boost sales and profit through sustainable business results. He has a rare ability to use advanced technical models for merchandising, marketing and operations to inform retail business strategies, integrate them into operational processes and build a clear path to tactical execution, which makes him a true trailblazer in the customer-centric retailing space.
