Maureen Farrell

Maureen Farrell is a reporter at the Wall Street Journal in New York, where she leads global coverage of initial public offerings and capital markets. She has chronicled the public debuts of Uber, Lyft, Snap and the forthcoming offering of WeWork.

Prior to joining the Wall Street Journal in 2013, she worked as a reporter at various publications, including Forbes and CNNMoney.

She graduated from Duke University with a degree in English literature and the Columbia School of Journalism. She is a recipient of the Newswomen’s Club of New York’s Nellie Bly Award.
