Lisa Durocher joined Rogers as Senior Vice President of Digital on August 29, 2016, and was appointed Chief Digital Officer on June 20, 2017. She is responsible for the company’s digital strategy, design, planning and development for all digital platforms across consumer and enterprise.
Lisa comes from American Express in New York City where she held several senior leadership positions, most recently SVP of Charge and Benefits. Under Lisa’s leadership, American Express redesigned its digital membership rewards program and customer experience, which included establishing innovative payments arrangements with companies like Amazon and Uber. She previously worked at Procter and Gamble, and technology consulting practices.
A digital thought leader, Lisa brings more than 25 years of experience and a strong track record in scaling product and channel operations, and building high performing teams.
Originally from Sarnia, Ont., Lisa is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University’s Business Administration program.
