Erica is the senior manager of Global Wellness at RBC. She joined the bank in 2016 after earning her MBA from the Ivey School of Business, working on the internal consulting team within Personal & Commercial Banking for three years before joining HR to help lead the global well-being program. Erica has long been a passionate advocate for the prioritization of well-being both at work and in the community.
