She is responsible for the strategic direction and global delivery of Precima’s personalization solutions, including consulting services, industry-leading analytics, and a robust recommendation engine and measurement platform. With a passion for continuous innovation, Emily has been with Precima since its launch in 2008, and is always exploring new ways to optimize the omni-channel customer experience.
