What is Elevate Festival?

Elevate Festival 2022 is the largest festival in Canada at the intersection of arts + tech. Featuring world-class speakers, arts + culture events, opportunities to grow your business, and a space to find your people, this year's festival will be in-person, taking place from September 20-22 in the heart of downtown Toronto. How do I get a ticket refund?

Elevate Festival passes are non-refundable, but we’d be happy to help you transfer your pass to a family member, friend or colleague. If you'd like to change the name on your Elevate Festival Pass, you will be able to do so until September 16, 2022 at 5:00 PM (EST), which will be facilitated free of charge, after which date you will be unable to change the information on your pass or transfer your ticket. Please contact festival@elevate.ca to process this request. Any changes to your personal information has to be done through the Tito platform through which you purchased your ticket. Changes to personal information can not be made through the Elevate app.

Where can I pick up my pass and wristband?

Pass pickup will be held at Meridian Hall (1 Front St) and the Design Exchange (234 Bay St). You can pick up your pass and wristband on September 20, 2022 between 12:00 – 9:00 p.m. at Meridian Hall and on September 21 and 22 between 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. at both Meridian Hall and the Design Exchange.

How do I access the Elevate app?

Download our festival Elevate Festival app on the App Store. It is available on IOS and Android. Once downloaded, follow the prompts to the Login Screen. Once there, reset your password using the email you registered with. You will get an email with a link to reset your password within a few minutes. Once your password has been updated, go back to the login screen and login as normal. Once you login once you will not have to login again unless you delete and re-download the app.

I lost my pass/wristband. What do I do?

Wristband replacements can be purchased here through an online payment. Please note cash payments are not accepted and the purchase must be made online at the above link. Please visit the check-in desk with your proof of purchase and a member of our team will provide you with a replacement.

What is the Block Party?

Block Party is the festival’s most exciting social event. Over 10,000 guests will take to Front St to experience this multi-night event that features musical performances, entertainment, art, food & drinks, rides and more. Food trucks will open at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday and 10:00 a.m. Wednesday and Thursday. What is the NFT Art Gallery?

Canada’s physical NFT Art Gallery that will shine a spotlight on the Elevate NFT Residency creators and leading global NFT curators with a gallery that will run during Elevate Festival until October 16. Elevate Social Innovation Exchange

What is Elevate?

Elevate is a year-round social innovation hub brought to you by Elevate and the Design Exchange. Elevate SIX will operate 234 Bay Street, which features over 40,000 square feet of historic space in the heart of Toronto’s financial district. Through a combination of digital and live programming and initiatives, Elevate SIX will support over 100,000 social innovators each year. The venue will be the primary office space for the Elevate team and will host events related to the organization. For information on Elevate and upcoming events, visit www.elevate.ca. Launching in Spring 2021, Elevate SIX will offer year-round programming to the Canadian innovation ecosystem, including an accelerator program for ventures addressing issues related to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). It will also serve as a state of the art community collaboration hub, and provide startups with a digital media lab, empowering small businesses to produce top-tier content to remain competitive in a digital-first world.

What is the connection to the UN Sustainable Development Goals?

In September 2019, Elevate and Design Exchange partnered with the United Nations to launch the Canadian Headquarters for the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). Elevate SIX will be home to year-round programming, leveraging design and technology to create actionable solutions to solve the 17 UN SDGs.

How is it connected to the Design Exchange?

Elevate and the Design Exchange have partnered together for the past two years working to unite innovators to solve society’s greatest challenges. These joint initiatives include partnering with the UN to launch the official Canadian Headquarters of the Sustainable Development Goals and programming the 2019 Elevate Tech Fest. The venue, now Elevate SIX, is a partnership between Elevate and the Design Exchange and will be home to year-round programming, leveraging design and technology to create actionable solutions to solve the 17 UN SDGs.

What events will take place at Elevate's Design Exchange?

The Design Exchange will be the primary office space for the Elevate team and will host events related to the organization. The building will also continue as an events venue, hosting various events by the community.
