  • Thursday, August 26, 3-5pm

As part of Elevate Talent team’s ongoing research on the local tech workforce ecosystem, we are connecting with tech-innovation leaders and employers to discuss opportunities and barriers to regional-specific tech workforce development.

Elevate Talent team is inviting SME (Small-Medium Enterprise) Tech Company Employers to participate in this focus group to share your thoughts and observations with us. We are particularly interested to hear about what barriers you may find in your own tech company’s recruitment and retention processes for the current and future tech talent management.

Please feel free to share this invitation with any colleagues who may be interested in attending. If you would like to share your thoughts on this topic but cannot attend this session, please email shine@elevate.ca to connect.
